Function Description：
Function 1: Copper cutting with a cutter (suitable for stator inner diameters of 4 cm and above, and for cutting copper wires from motors of 10 kW and below); The push rod function is a dual-cylinder operation, with one clamp and one push for convenient and fast operation. Compared to the claw function, it does not require changing the baffle and does not jam or pinch the wire.
Function 4: Hydraulic clamp single pull with lifting mechanism (suitable for stator inner diameters of 7 cm and above, and coil outer diameters not exceeding 50 cm); The single pull function uses a dual-cylinder hydraulic cylinder configuration, providing high pulling force and smooth operation. It can directly cold-draw motors with a lot of adhesive and stiff wire. The entire machine is equipped with a lifting system, which saves labor by eliminating the need for manual handling of large motors.
