Plastic granulation recycling is a process that transforms waste plastics (films, bottle flakes, rigid materials, etc.) into recyclable plastic pellets through crushing, washing, melt extrusion, cooling, and pelletizing. The core equipment of this technology is the granulation unit (such as the ACERETECH three-in-one unit), which enables continuous production and turns waste plastics into high-quality plastic raw materials (such as PE, PP, PET, PS), which are widely used in packaging, blown film, and injection molding.

Core process of plastic granulation and recycling:

1.Shredding/Crushing: Shredding waste plastics (such as films, woven bags, and bottles) into small flakes or fragments.

2.Compacting/Dehydration: Compacting and heating the material using a compactor to remove residual moisture and preheat it for easy feeding into the extruder.

3.Plasticizing Extrusion: Melting the material into a molten mass at high temperature using a screw extruder, and removing impurities through a filtration system.

4.Granulation and Cooling: The molten mass is extruded from the die and cut into uniform granules using a water ring pelletizing or strand pelletizing system (suitable for high melt index plastics), followed by cooling and drying.
